A reservation will need at least one night deposit.
Full payment on peak period season;
- New Year Eve’ on December 30, 31 and January 1
- Song Kran Festival on April 12, 13, 14
All major credit cards are accepted.
In order to change your arrival date, please inform us at least seven days in advance; otherwise your deposit will be retained for one night.
Cancellation will not be accepted however your deposit will be held for six months, while you can select your period of stay.
In case of non arrival, your deposit payment of credit card will automatically be occupied.
The deposit will be charge form your account after we confirmed your reservation by email enclosed “Hotel Voucher” and “Slip Payment”
