Overall everything is good. Would be happier if there is smoking room available for next visit. I like the room design & spacious. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

The Raming Lodge Hotel is convenient and comfortable in every way. The personnel are efficient and extremely friendly and helpful.The breakfast buffet is very good.The restaurant with music in the evening is very nice and has good food.

Loved this hotel! The rooms were large and well decorated. We were just outside the old city and within walking distance of all the cities attractions. The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was really good.

Arrived at chiang mai aiport for pre arrenged transfer which was complimentry and only a 10 minute drive. had a bags taken to our room for us, we had a spacious and comphy room. got breakfast every morning with a wide variety of choice. definatly value for our money!!! reccommend hotel, will definatly stay with them again.

This hotel is very rustic looking, but very clean. Book the delux and you get a huge room, roundtrip shuttle between airport and hotel, voucher for free lunch, dinner, and coupon for the spa. Very convenient location. Good service by all the staff- front desk, bell boy, tour. The only negative thing is the walls are too thin. I can hear people next door talking or watching TV. The Wifi is really good!

we spent 2 nights at the Roaming hotel, it is a bit old fashion but it is quiet and it's nice to be able to swim after a day walking Chiang Mai. Price is not too expensive. Breakfast is okay, apart from the "fruit" juices. The spa is very nice but be sure to have coupons for it as normal prices are very high compare to other spas.

The service was generally quite good and the place is nice and conformatable except that when i ask for airport transfer as i arrived at the airport late. I received no response to my email which was subitted 4 days before my arrival.

I have stayed at this hotel once before and was very happy. After this stay I would stay there again and recommend it to my family and friends

This hotel is situated among many bars but not a problem as the girls are not aggressive. it as a admirable breakfast and a great spa. the front desk staff are very friendly and pleasing to customers. the location is great for walking around in the old city and transportation is always available at the front of the hotel.

We had a wonderful short stay at this hotel.The helpful ,freindly staff were second to none. The restaurant food was great and breakfast buffet in line with top hotel in Bangkok. So many bonus specials it was hard to spend money. We will be back and we will recommend to our freinds. The spa was so relaxing and very affordable.

This hotel was recommended by colleagues at work who had stayed here several times on previous trips. This was my first visit to Thailand and this hotel was the best on that I stayed at out of four hotels. It has wonderful, attentive and friendly staff, an excellent choice of quality food and even has a desk where you can see brochures and book tours, (Flight of the Gibbon highly recommended for safe fun and excellent value for money). The hotel has a lovely quality Thai feel to it - not the barren and boring emptiness of trendy hotels. I can't wait to go back. I could write many more superlatives but you have to see it to believe it.

We loved it at Raming Lodge. It was situated in an area out the way but able to get around by walking which we like to do. Staff friendly and polite with a warm smile. Room all you needed a great bathroom, clean and well serviced. Breakfast good and something for everyones taste.
